Call this number now. It's Nancy Pelosi's direct office number. They are taking calls about impeachment (and other matters), or at least they were 15 minutes ago when I called.

Ask her -- no, tell her! -- to get impeachment on the table now.

Read Susan's post below and click her link to the Moyers interview to underscore why this must happen.

Read Christy's excellent post at Firedoglake. We can lead a Congress critter to water and if we keep pressing, we can help them grow spines!!

Here's the link to a piece about Harry Reid keeping Congress in session tomorrow (Tuesday) night.

The folks at Pelosi's office were uniformly pleasant today, in spite of the fact that they'd been inundated with phone calls. And of course, there would be the snarking trolls trying to make problems for them and for us. I have no more patience with that crap.

I talked to a young man who was extremely polite and routed me to Pelosi's mailbox. Everyone I talked to had the same experience.

If you haven't called, do so now, please and thanks. And do be firm but polite. (Thanks, Mom.)

after a week in D. C. I'm here to tell you the rage about how screwed up this administration has made things has to come from outside of D. C. - there isn't any rage there, that's for sure

I called again, got a polite one. Not snarly in the least, and he said the calls, tons of them, are mostly running for impeachment. "So, 60-40 or 90-10 or what?" says I. He laughed, "About 100% for." So, as with everything else in the world, depends on whom you talk to.
