Joe Biden recommends that outraged Americans flood the White House with phone calls tomorrow in protest against the most recent and outrageous actions of the American president who laughs at American law. See end of this post for phone numbers for the White House and Congress.

I'm consumed with rage. I may spew flaming bile. George W. Bush has pardoned Scooter Libby. Go to Firedoglake for quick update. Pelosi's statement et al.

Then go to Pelosi's comment site by clicking here and register your rage. Be respectful, but be strong and firm.

It is time to impeach these bastards. NOW!

Congressman Conyers:

I have a great deal of respect for you. I do not respect that you have given in to the appeasement strategy of the democratic party and taken impeachment off the table because you say we have more pressing issues. Tonight we saw what this president is capable of doing to the American system of justice. I can not tell you how frustrated we in the peace and justice movement are with the weakness of the position the democratic party has staked out. We IMPLORE you to lead the efforts for IMPEACHMENT as you have said you would do in the past. Why is it that you called for Impeachment until you actually had the power to do something about it, pray tell?

Did you send it? I hope so. And write again tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow as we creep in this petty pace from day to day. Okay, I stole that. Makes me a prime candidate for a Bush appointment, right? I am still seething. David, who is the epitome of calm when I get like this, said something like,
"And this surprises you how??" Oh, lordy. I was born a trusting person. Got burned badly over time, but charged back in for more. I swear this bunch is about the business of shattering trust into little shards that cannot be reunited.

I called to let them know that the right thing had been done.

I also recommended a full pardon.

Thanks for the phone number.

Now take a deep breath!!
